An appointment time is just that, it is not a drop-off time. I believe it is as simple as money. By keeping lower cost services waiting you can bump forward more expensive services and repairs. You can also fulfill the New Mexico tradition of moving forward anyone that you want to be serviced before others. I am done with you.

An appointment is not a "drop-off time". You do this so you can move forward more expensive services and repairs and take care of those that you want to give priority to.
