Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

I usually have appointments with Landon, this time I had someone else. At first everything was fine, until he came to find me in the lobby to go over the details of my vehicle and told me I needed a cabin f someone else. At first everything was fine, until he came to find me in the lobby to go over the details of my vehicle and told me I needed a cabin filter and air filter. I informed him I had just changed those things myself not even a week prior. He proceeded to bring me someone else's air filter and when I said that's not mine and not even the same color, he asked me if I was sure I hadn't replaced the engine air filter, insinuating I was stupid, maybe because I'm a female, which was pretty insulting. I used to work in an automotive shop and I understand basic services. He then left for about 10 minutes just to come back and tell me he had the wrong vehicle and everything was fine. Now I'm questioning whether the service was ever even completed correctly and if the services were completed on the wrong vehicle. When I was provided a final report, it stated everything was great, including life left on breakfast, which have now started to signal end of life, so that was not accurate either. I had an oil change and an alignment done that day, who know if it was even done accurately on the right vehicle. I no longer have confidence in Sands Chevrolet. I am incredibly disappointed with the level of integrity here. More

He was so personable and made my anxiety about purchasing a car vanish. He was 10 out of 10 and Sands is so lucky to have him. Even the financing department listened to what I needed. They did try and pressure me into extra warranties that I had already said I wasn’t interested in. The stream lined the process and made it so easy. I could go on and on. I had planned on purchasing from Courtesy (my 2nd purchase in 3 years). I wired my funds for the purchase.
