He went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal possible and that I knew all my options as for as vehicle purchase. The only area needing of improvement is alignment amongst the management team. One manager arranged for me to come back the next day to pick up some items because the purchase was completed late in the evening. When I returned the next day, I was told items could not be given to me until the load was fully funded by the bank (extra set of keys and owners manual) by another manager. I have never had those items withheld from me before but could have saved my an afternoon trip and a few miles driving had I known I need to wait. Overall I am satisfied to this point with the dealership. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and would return for a third in the future. More

The extra mile We were in Phoenix on other business and stopped at Sands to look at the Spark. We drove back down the next day and made an even better deal because our sales team went the extra mile. The Spark we were interested in had been under contract at their Surprise location so they brought over a Sonic LT hatchback with more equipment. A price adjustment was necessary but we're satisfied we received an excellent deal. We really like our new Sonic and we'd work with Sands again. More

Read your paperwork Everything went well until we signed the papers. We had to come back because of a change in banks. When we reviewed the paperwork it was 400.00 more. We told the guy about it and he said that is what it was we showed him the original paperwork but he still wouldn't change it. It was not a lot of money but it was the fact that he argued with us.
