Surprisingly easy.. The salesman, Jimmy Gramajo and his co workers made this an easy experience. It really did not take long and did not see any standard sales practices such as having you wait at length for an answer on your pricing offer, dealing with the "good cop/bad cop", etc. When I drove away I did NOT feel warn out or wondering if I had gotten a "good deal." Jimmy is young and new at this which actually made me more comfortable. He does not have a practiced "pitch" or slick sales persona. Good job. More
