worst salesman manager ever if i had a choice between sands chevy in glendale az, or a third party dealer i would choose the third party over sands chevy in glendale az. the sale if i had a choice between sands chevy in glendale az, or a third party dealer i would choose the third party over sands chevy in glendale az. the sales manager ELVIS was the worst person i have ever dealt with in my entire buying life of new vehicles. the way he treated me was like i was a piece of trash stuck to the bottom of his shoe. we made a deal, signed the contract had items installed on the truck i purchased, and when he realized he made a big mistake he wanted to redo the contract to better the deal he made. since it was a legal binding contract he used an excuse to change the numbers around so it would benefit him and the bottom line(his pocket). i informed him to leave the contract as is or he can take the truck back. he choose to take the truck back, because he thought i would take the hit for his mistake. sorry i don't play that game.he lost a sale for his sales rep Jon and the dealership. i will no longer do business with sands chevy in glendale az, and as long as ELVIS is working their. More

A pleasant Experience I had been to other dealerships and had been treated badly by other salesmen. I wasn't expecting anything different when I came to Sands Chevrolet. Bo I had been to other dealerships and had been treated badly by other salesmen. I wasn't expecting anything different when I came to Sands Chevrolet. Boy was I in for a surprise! The salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. They did not jerk me around on the price and they did not play the waiting for reciprocity game. When I told them I was not in the mood to play games they agreed. I told them exactly what payments I could make and they were so wonderful that they slashed the price so I could buy the car and get the payments I could afford. I wasn't expecting such an enjoyable experience but I am so glad that it worked out the way it did.I would totally recommend this dealership to my friends, and already have to my co-workers. I will buy here again. More
