I bought a 2011 Cruze LT - Anne went out of her way to accommodate my weekend schedule - she brought the car to me to view and test drive as I was "house-bound" and she is very well informed regarding the specific details about the Cruze - she was professional and understanding and she gently helped me through the process of weighing my options and assessing my needs - It was very hard for me to part with my previous vehicle and she completely understood my emotional attachment. Anne's compassion and thoughtfulness was evident in every conversation and through to the end of the transaction! She made certain the OnStar and Sirius radio network was activated and she even programmed the Cruze's bluetooth to recognize my cell phone! Not only is Anne a valuable and skilled employee at Sands but her work ethics and manners most certainly raise the bar for the other sales people to reach her level of professionalism!
