I feel it necessary to share my new car buying experience from Sands Chevrolet of Glendale. Sands made it a pleasure to negotiate a favorable purchase price. Sands clearly explained my trade in value as well as the dealer incentives. Sands swapped out my bed liner and tonneau cover free of charge and didn't reduce the trade in value as a result. But most importantly I live in extreme north west California, over 1100 miles away. Sands took the time to have several managers follow up to ensure my complete satisfaction. They didn't have to do that. What dealership would? Do yourself a favor - go to Sands Chevrolet first or go there last, just go to Sands Chevrolet. More
