Bait and switch I made two appointments for "economy oil changes" as advertised on your website. The appointment setter page allowed me to enter Chevy 1500 truck, and I made two appointments for "economy oil changes" as advertised on your website. The appointment setter page allowed me to enter Chevy 1500 truck, and did not mention an upcharge for different type of oil required. I am trying to keep my fleet maintenance costs down and was prepared to send all 30 vehicles through. I will not be doing this. Further, your tech left the OBD adapter cable plugged into my dash.
