I got a fantastic deal on a car that drove beautifully for years. When I needed to upgrade to something bigger I went back to Michael again and I have been equally happy with. Not only were both cars priced more competitively than any others of the same make and model that I could find, but more importantly I knew I could trust him that the car would be in excellent shape. To me, that's the most difficult part of buying a car--knowing who to trust. Michael and Sands Chevrolet are as trustworthy as you will find. In the past 10 years I've recommended them to literally every friend/family member I've known who was in the market for a used car, and I haven't once had a single one come back to me with a complaint. Not quite what I expected I had a coupon ($58.99) for deluxe oil change which included deluxe wash (vacuum, tire dressing, etc...), and tire rotation. I used a $100 certificat I had a coupon ($58.99) for deluxe oil change which included deluxe wash (vacuum, tire dressing, etc...), and tire rotation. I used a $100 certificate for referring someone to buy a car from Sands. After everything was all done, the total was $96 and they rinsed the truck off only, NOT the deluxe wash that was supposed to have been included. NO vacuum, NO tire dressing. And how did it go from $58.99 like the coupon said to $96 ? Not worth bringing up because there is usually an excuse..... More

Bad care, with a saving grace of a manager They lied at initial purchase about a brand new battery, which it turns out wasn't new at all. Fortunately for both parties, Rhonda the customer Service and It manager is amazing. She found out about our problems and fixed them rapidly. Due to the 10 minute wait in the service center just to have someone even talk to us, then the dismissal of our complaints without raising it to a higher position for resolution, keeps the rating at 2 stars. There were several redeeming employees, Rhonda and the gentlemen working the service desk who went above and beyond to help us. Approach with caution, and make sure everything is in paper. More
