Services that were provided in the past but maybe not now When I was filing away my paperwork I didn't notice that they hadn't attached a report of what my brake pads looked like, how strong the battery was, When I was filing away my paperwork I didn't notice that they hadn't attached a report of what my brake pads looked like, how strong the battery was, and how the tread was doing on the car, showing where they added fluid to the windshield wipers, etc. I thought this report was done on all oil changes. Thank You After being out of town for 2 weeks and having to leave again in 2 days I was over my oil change by 2000 miles. I called the service dept on a Friday After being out of town for 2 weeks and having to leave again in 2 days I was over my oil change by 2000 miles. I called the service dept on a Friday and was told by James to bring the car in. oil change tire rotation recall item fixed and even did a great job washing my car. In and out under 3 hours. The wait didn't bother me as the were squeezing me in. A great experience I must say. Minus the fact that car salesmen were bugging me. One after another. More

Terrible Service Not happy with service at this dealer. I took in my vehicle for service and repair that was supposed to be free since I barely bought the vehicle. Tur Not happy with service at this dealer. I took in my vehicle for service and repair that was supposed to be free since I barely bought the vehicle. Turns out I had to pay for the service after all and nothing had been done to the car. Now I find myself with no vehicle, since its still at the shop, and I haven't even given my first payment. Terrible service at this dealer I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They don't care for their customers satisfaction. Very disappointed. And on top of all no call were returned afterwards. More
