My expericence with Sands Chevy has not been, satisfactor. I give Sands this rating because, they we're slow. They had my car since the beginning of March. I went to pick up my car, and paid them, when I got i I give Sands this rating because, they we're slow. They had my car since the beginning of March. I went to pick up my car, and paid them, when I got in the car I found that they had not repaired it. So, they gave me another loaner. This happened over and over again. (until today) and when I picked up my car today I found that the dust cover on the key hole was missing, my remote control doesn't work, my car has the same key that I had before I took it in for service. No, I will not go back to Sands Chevy. Sands WAS so convenient, responsible and quick. Oh, well nothing last forever. 10:08 pm - I just went out side to see if the car door stayed locked, which is the main issue my car was being repaired. My car is still unlocking automatically. They didn't repair the issue!!! More

assisted road side service Battery went dead on my new Corvette had road side service help me. They recommended I go to a dealer since car had only a few hundred miles. I called Sands and the service dept.said bring the car in for a check they eventually kept the car overnight and found the problem early next morning. They went out of there way to make sure I had a automobile to get home and while I did wait the (Chad Fairchild) service consultant kept me in the loop by giving me updates on my car.
