Come on down - like Right Now! I called for an appointment to get my oil changed around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday expecting to be given a time at a future date. Moe in the service depar I called for an appointment to get my oil changed around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday expecting to be given a time at a future date. Moe in the service department wanted to know how soon I could be there. I rolled in the Service Dept at 2:45 and was greeted immediately by none other than Moe. He was friendly and had a great smile. My oil was changed - my car was washed and vacuumed and given a thorough going-over. Moe explained to me some trouble spots and made recommendations but with no pressure. I waited longer than I had anticipated but had not anticipated the thorough check-up. Sands Chevrolet's waiting room is not a bad place to hang out. All in all, a pleasant experience. (And I had some awesome coupons!) More

Great Service and quick I took my car for a routine maintenance. I saw that there was a long line walking in, but I got check-in very fast and easy. I waited in the dealership and it took only 45 minutes to complete the work, but it was OK since they have coffee and TVs to keep me entertain while waiting. More

They hold my truck for 2 days, then say parts are on back order NO ETA. Could be awhile we will let you know no update for . Approx. 2 months so, i call for ETA sorry NO ETA. 1 1/2 more months no update i call again for ETA. Now i want to talk to manager. Tells me very sorry but there is no back order for parts they were never ordered or even diagnosed . xxx So i tell him I was lied to for approx.4 months His reply it seems that way. At night with your onside lights flashing constantly talk about frustrating and annoying. It took them all of 2hrs to fix it . But i will never go back . I need to be able to trust what i am being told ..That's my story GOOD LUCK More
