A good experience at Sands. I had been on a road trip for 2 months, and at each extended stay, through 3 states, I went car shopping. I talked with a lot of sales personnel and looked at a lot of vehicles. by the time I entered Sands Chevrolet, I knew what I was looking for, and what I should expect to pay. Michael Carver was my first contact at Sands. Michael's approach was friendly and easy going, unlike some of the high pressure tactics I've encountered, prior. Michael listened to what I was looking for, and showed me what was available. He worked hard at getting the best price for the new vehicle and my trade-in value. At the end of the day, I closed a deal with Michael, and believe I got the best value and experience possible. the dealership is great with vintage cars displayed in the showroom, and a huge inventory of cars to browse. I also dealt with Caleb and Natalia while working through the process. Like Michael, everyone encountered was friendly and sincere. Thanks Sands for a great job, and the awesome vehicle I get to drive back home to North Idaho. More

Repairs and detail My car looked great from detail. However, it took 2 extra days to get it returned and I live in Wickenburg. Twice I had to get a ride down there. t My car looked great from detail. Panic - Reassurance - Perfect 10:30AM, Attempted to start my car,,it was slow starting, so I called my Service Representative Jake Friedberg, at Sands Chevrolet. Jake is great , af 10:30AM, Attempted to start my car,,it was slow starting, so I called my Service Representative Jake Friedberg, at Sands Chevrolet. Jake is great , after explaining my issue, Jake said, Bring the car in as soon as you can. by 10:45AM I pulled into the service line. Jake came right out, Jake said ,. he would have the technician take a look. 11:05AM, Jake found me and reported that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. 11:45AM, Jake reported the car was repaired and waiting. Paid the bill and went to the car. The car was also was also washed. Great Service Representative, Fast Service, Perfect! Thank you. More

Battery Problem I was having problems with my battery. There were times when the car would start with no problem and then at other times the ignition would hesitate. I was having problems with my battery. There were times when the car would start with no problem and then at other times the ignition would hesitate. Finally one morning the car would not start at all, just starter would click. I happened to have a battery booster/starter which I hooked up and managed to get the car started. I drove the car to Sands and without an appointment. They took me in to discussed the situation with one of your Service Writers, Henry, who told me it sounded like a bad battery cell. I needed an oil change and rotation too and agreed to have it all done. It turned out to be a bad cell, so I agreed to have the battery replaced. More

Finally! It's been a while since great customer service came my way. I always go in there with either one of my two young children and every time I'm taken car It's been a while since great customer service came my way. I always go in there with either one of my two young children and every time I'm taken care of like I'm the only one getting their vehicle maintenanced. Clearly, I'm not with all of the other customers. Jake is always letting me know how long he thinks it'll be and is always on the ball! I love going in there. Plus, the fresh fruit is always so nice, my girls always know that they can get there first thing in the morning and grab a snack. As for me, I don't mind the coffee and delicious cookies. See you in 3 months Jake. You rock! More
