I am a 4th generation buyer fron Sands. My family bought numerous cars at the glendale Location. When i seen the dealership going up in Surprise i knew it would get my next car from there. I would go with m numerous cars at the glendale Location. When i seen the dealership going up in Surprise i knew it would get my next car from there. I would go with my parents to purchase vehicles as a young adult. my father would tell me pay attention cause you will be coming here one day to purchase vehicles. i always remembered the salesman were good to work with and we always felt good driving off the lot. i experienced the same thing when i purchased a vehicle on 3-11-2012 Eric Van Sant our salesman was great. He was patient with us answered all our questions and made us feel like i remembered. When we started dealing with the finance team they did a great job at getting us the payment we needed to have. C.J. was the last person we seen before we left and he gave us good advice on the options we chose. We appreciate all Sands Chevrolet did for us. More

This dealer is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman would not listen to what I wanted, the finance guys were absolutely rude and hounded me regarding the amount of money I ever dealt with. The car was not cleaned or gassed up when I took delivery and there was no accountability taken with regards to any issues when brought to the attention of the GM. I would recommend if you are planning to purchase a new Chevy that you go to the dealer in Peoria or Avondale. More

We returned and worked a deal on another vehicle, and some of the upgrades i wanted were scheduled for another day.. excited for them to be completed.. great customer service. I would only recommend salesman mike lehr, he works well with his customers, he goes above and beyond to please a customer. If he went to any other dealership i would follow him because of his personality a with his customers, he goes above and beyond to please a customer. If he went to any other dealership i would follow him because of his personality and professionalism. He was so good i recommended two of my family members to him, and he was able to get both of them a good deal. More
After many phone calls and emails, most that were never returned. Guess that was the hint. Went to look at a new Silverado truck. Drove 2 hours both ways to find out they didn't realize the truck was a lon returned. Guess that was the hint. Went to look at a new Silverado truck. Drove 2 hours both ways to find out they didn't realize the truck was a long bed not a short bed. This was after I specifically called them and asked them to be sure. Then they tried to screw me on the deal. I would recommend you research the vehicle price and what your trade in is worth so you can see how they try to screw you. In my opinion this is NOT a dealership to deal with. They have a very large inventory, and very attractive pricing until you actually sit down and watch the numbers change. Then you realize they will say anything to get you in the building. After going there I can see why people think car salesman are slime. More
took my vehicle in for a oil change. after completed drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks now and still no call from the manager. also the rotated and balanced my tire or so they say. I checked the tire presure and the front tires were fine but all 4 rear tires were at 26psi and needed to be at 60 psi. this is a place you can not trust! More
