Not Trustworthy Went for an oil change. Requested that they lube the chassis - there are 2 zerk fittings on the tie-rods. At first the service rep Victor claimed that Went for an oil change. At first the service rep Victor claimed that there were no fittings to be greased but said he would discuss it with the tech. When the service was complete I specifically asked Victor if the fittings were greased and he replied absolutely YES. When I got home I checked - and the fittings had not been touched - the dirt on the fitting was still exactly as prior to the service visit. So the question is - what else did they skip doing? More

putting blame on me!!!!! I bought a vehicle there and have had nothing but problems. I brought it in because it was wondering on the road and couldnt stay in my lane without I bought a vehicle there and have had nothing but problems. After several attempts to fix, they are now putting the blame on how I drive, instead of having an alignment problem. COMES TO FIND OUT, THAT THE CAR IS OUTTA CASTER AND CANT BE ADJUSTED. Sands is a great place. I brought our SUV in for service. I was helped immediately. Everyone is very friendly, I was show to the waiting area. She had the paper work ready, I signed it and my SUV was brought to me. I don't mind taking the SUV in for service, I am never pressured into service I don't need. More
