We arrived at the dealership about 25 minutes before closing, but you never would have known it. Albert greeted us outside, listened to exactly what we wanted and needed, and walked us through several vehicles that fit our criteria. He never rushed us, answered every question, and made us feel like we were his priority, even though it was the end of the day. By the end of the evening, we had narrowed our choices down to a few vehicles. Albert even offered to let us test-drive them after closing, but since we had already kept him late, we decided to come back the next day. The next morning, Albert texted us a list of vehicles that matched everything we were looking for and said he was available anytime we wanted to stop by. We texted him about 20 minutes before leaving to let him know we were on our way and which vehicle caught our attention. When we pulled into the lot, Albert was already sitting in the vehicle with the air conditioning running, ready for our test drive. That level of preparation and customer service really stood out. After the test drive, we knew we had found the right vehicle. Albert answered all our questions, explained the technology and features, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. Kyle, the General Manager, also made the buying process easy and gave me a fair value for my trade-in. Albert handled the paperwork efficiently, making the entire purchase quick and stress-free. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, Albert was genuinely enjoyable to work with. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and always responsive throughout the entire process. Even more impressive, two weeks after we purchased our Sorento Hybrid, Albert reached out to check in and see how we were enjoying the vehicle.
