Biggest complaint is the apparent lack of respect for customers time. I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30am. I arrived a little early and did not leave the service area until 11:03am. I was told it would cost over $200 just to diagnose the check engine light. I can never get a loaner for scheduled service or even a ride to go somewhere close by the dealership.
