I had a vehicle recall that took over six months to complete. Initially, I was told the parts were not available and the vehicle should not be parked in the garage due to a the vehicle should not be pa complete. They would contact me when they were. That never happened. After multiple calls, I was initially told that I could get the recall done if I were getting oil change and other service done, otherwise, I would have to wait and they would contact me. That also never happened. Several months later, and multiple phone calls, I was told that I could come in for the recall. While driving to my appointment, I received a text message, reminding me of my service call the next day. That was totally incorrect! The communications from this dealership is absolutely unacceptable. More

We bought a 2022 Mini Cooper. Everything went smoothly until I was told they only had one set of keys AFTER the deal was finalized. After not receiving the promised follow-up regarding the keys and not getting any return calls I was prepared to post a 1-star review. The sales manager finally responded and found the keys. He did a great job resolving the situation (a situation that would have been avoided with a little more diligence at the time of closing.) Overall, I've come away with a satisfactory but not outstanding experience. More

I had an appointment to get an oil change. It took 5 1/2 hours. Since I live 2 hrs away I was stuck at dealership. Never gave me result of free inspection until I was checking out and there were things I would’ve had done if I’d known about them before I’d already been there so long. Promised to wash car when finished but after car was ready was told it would take another hour to wash it. The whole dealership felt a little run down. Even a bit dead. Maybe MINIs just are hard to sell these days. Would’ve been fine if I hadn’t had to be there so long. I likely will not be going back. I moved here a year ago from Dallas where the dealerships are great. Quicker service for an oil change, nice waiting areas, loaners cars if it’s going to take a while, etc. Pensacola dealership felt a like I was going back in time 20 years. More
