I had the worst experience at a dealership this go around. I took my truck in for the 6.2 L engine recall and it took the four days to do all the work necessary. The amount of time wasn’t the issue it was the lack of communication and the dealerships unwillingness to provide a rental or loaner car made things very difficult.
