Madmom, the dealership has been in contact with Austin and explained that no information was falsified. Our technicians follow a standard inspection checklist, and at the time of evaluation, the truck—having over 135,000 miles—was test driven, shifted properly through all gears, and showed no transmission concerns or diagnostic trouble codes. This vehicle does not have a transmission dipstick, and fluid level checks require a more involved process. Based on the available inspections at that time, the transmission was operating as designed, which is why it received a clean bill of health. We understand how frustrating unexpected repairs can be, especially so soon after purchase. However, the vehicle was sold without warranty, and no additional coverage was in place, making any repairs the responsibility of the current owner.

I lnow what inspection is as I work for a company thay does service and yes it is as the levels for inspection are to be checked for this reasoning, so i know what it intels. Especially when it comes to inspection for selling to someone. If properly inspected, you would had known the problem and could had flushed it snd refilled it. Please do not act like i don't know what im talking about. Seems also on alot of complaints, this happens often and the BBB is aware now as do lots of others. The right christian thing to do, is make it right.

You are liars!!! Seems you have lied to quite a bit of people that buy cars from you all! No, it was NOT standard! I asked! It was neglect and laziness and fraud by falsified papers!!! It is pathetic! Yes, everyone knows what AS IS, BUT when you do not do inspection correctly, that takes less than 15 minutes to do by the way and because of that neglect of an inspection the truck stops going, while going down a busy road, putting peoples lives in danger at that, then you LIE alot about the whole situation plus some (which i can name all tbe lies) it should be the christian, honest, right thing Sandy Sansing Chevrolet should do and that is fixing it on you because it could had be prevented and not even sold if you would of did your job correctly and then not lie about it! DO BETTER!!! GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY!!!
