Extremely helpful, no high pressure tactics, found exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us to get us into a vehicle after our other car was totaled by another driver. Fortunately, got a very generous allowance on our trade-in which, along with an insurance settlement, put into a very nice low-mileage pre-owned car. From the sales agent, the finance team, and even the other staff who went out of their way to be helpful, I was very favorably impressed. I have no problem recommending Sandy Sansing Chevrolet to everyone looking for a new or a used car. (This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Sandy Sansing!) More

I went in for an oil change and to have 2 things looked at. My service advisor, Roberta, was great. Both issues were easily and quickly fixed with software updates. She told me they should be done around. 12:00, and they were done much quicker. This is the second time I have brought my ‘24 Tahoe to the dealership. Both services were great. I was not impressed with the price point of services for returning customers. I think charging $200 for a diagnosis and then not offering to wave or reduce that fee if the customer chooses to have the work returning customers. In my experience that charge is usually put towards the cost of repairs. In this case I paid $400 for a $200 repair due to the diagnosis fee. This price was also not communicated to me when I made the appointment to bring my car in for service, had I known that simply finding out the issue was going to cost $200 - I would’ve taken my car elsewhere. The staff were pleasant and my car was repaired & returned in a timely manner & that is worth noting. More
