Sara was very attentive and professional at the drop off of both my vehicles. Good communication is very important when it comes to scheduling my fleet vehicles. of both my vehicles. Good communication is very important when it comes to scheduling my fleet vehicles. More
Working with Robert Cassell at Sansing was a delight. He worked hard for us and found a vehicle that met exactly what we wanted. Sales manager and finance folks were equally helpful. Blatant liars and Scammers I briefly stopped by Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Milton a week before 4th of July weekend to get a quote on a 2025 Chevy Trax LS. I didn’t stay long as I was driving around town Sansing Chevrolet in Milton a week before 4th of July weekend to get a quote on a 2025 Chevy Trax LS. I didn’t stay long as I was driving around town comparing prices. Noah Hall quoted me at MSRP, taxes, and I’m paraphrasing this last part, none of the xx charges and dealer fees you’d normally get. It seemed like a good deal, and for the next 2 weeks I wasn’t hounded by texts, emails, or phone calls like I was with all the other dealerships. Then as 4th of July weekend passed I saw sales popping up of select brands, including the LS I was shopping for, which as of writing this, is currently still $1,250 off MSRP. I went in 2 weeks later to get a final price quote and put down payment. I’m given a final price without the discounted MSRP, as well as the full extra charges and dealership fees. When I asked why the fees were there when he said he was adding them, he said “he meant the extra fees besides these ones”. I followed that with a web search of their own website, showing him the discount to MSRP for the exact model we were looking at. Noah brought the manager, and I had to repeat what he told me back, to make sure I got it right. I was told “the only way I can get that deal is if I’m charged for extra packages of the same price”. I even brought out a price quote from Pete Moore on the other side of Pensacola, for the exact same car, at $1,100 cheaper, and they wouldn’t price match it. I have never in my life been treated with such blatant disrespect. I felt like I was being lied to and brushed off the entire time, and right to my face, too. I was warned by a friend not to go to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola due to the extra charges they’ll give you, but I’m guessing that it’s ALL Sandy Sansing's locations that are looking to scalp you. Save yourself the hassle and go to any other dealership instead. More
