Besides the waiting/lobby area looking very neat - the area where the soft drinks, hot chocolate, etc were - extremely neat. My service rep was Bobby. He did not dismiss any of my concerns, etc. Men truly do not know how often that we - as women get dismissed. Which is why my boss went with me bc he was concerned that what I had to say would not be taken seriously. I like Bobby & he ensured in me what needed to be done very soon & then also just a heads up on a couple other things. This is where I bought my car a year ago - and they treated me very well then also. Even though my boss wrote a check to purchase the car last July - they listened to me as well. I love this dealership. If there are typos - sorry but it won’t let me scan what I’ve typed so far in case if “typos”. 🤦♀️ More
