Understand that the salesperson was new. Being there for almost 4 hours thought we’d be offered either coffee or water. What is going on with Sandy Sansing Chev!!! Going DOWN HILL! Made an appointment and arrived on time. I was told no one is managing the online appointments as they are behind it’s first come first serve! HILL! Made an appointment and arrived on time. Time is valuable and you would think they would announce that the online is not being monitored. This was my third attempt with another one of my Chev models at this dealer… trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I’m done! More
