I purchased a low mileage used truck from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in " Car City" Pensacola, Fl. We also purchased their extended warranty. We are already at strike two. However, we were not told that all Chevrolet in " Car City" Pensacola, Fl. We also purchased their extended warranty. We are already at strike two. However, we were not told that all repairs had to be done there unless we had their authorization first. Shortly after the purchase we started having transmission issues. After months of trial and error we finally got the new transmission that we needed. We then had issues with the lifters which was another extended process. When we get the truck home my son opens the hood and notices something broken off on the top of the motor area. We contact them and they say that they will order the part. Still waiting. They never call back as we were told. When we finally get somebody on the phone she says none of this is documented in the computer and no such part was ordered. But, it will be in the next day and they will call us back. Still waiting. Does Sandy Sansing teach how to lie 101 prior to employment? Now, all we can get is the front desk and voice mail saying I will call you back. Still waiting on that as well. So this morning we asked for the manager over the service department. If you are thinking that we got his voice mail you ae correct. I forgot one important issue here. Remember they just recently fixed the lifters. Yesterday, turning on our road smoke started coming out of the back. Now this very expensive truck sits in our driveway waiting on Sandy Sansing to call us back. One last thing about their grossly pathetic service department We noticed this morning that it now leaks oil. Life lessons : don't use Sandy Sansing service department. When they say our service department inspected this vehicle take that with a grain of salt or don't buy their used vehicles. Spend the extra three hours to read their fine print on Sandy Sansings extended warranty. I must confess though, I gave them one star. That is not totally true. However , there is no way to give a zero star. . . More

I am very weary about writing reviews for car salespeople because you never know what you got until the problem arises. it's been a year and the Silverado feels better than it did when I bought it. I drove it from NYC back to Pensacola three times hauling about 2 and a half tons.
