In your case, we had no record of the wiper blades being previously replaced on your 2015 Malibu, and we’re not always aware of services completed elsewhere. As the vehicle owner, you're always welcome to accept or decline any recommendations we provide. We want to be clear that we treat all of our customers—regardless of gender or age—with respect and fairness, and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination. We’re truly sorry that you felt otherwise and that this experience caused frustration. Thank you for responding in reference to the bad service issue. I have a right to be upset when i am not treated fairly, I was told by your service rep Bobby ,that I need new wiper blades, he was not recommending He stated that 2 different people were working on the car. To be honest Bobby was not friendly at all, after being there for over 3 1/2 hours he told me he had forgot about me. My husband has had my car and his truck serviced there for 8 years. If you check your record within the last 8 months he put in a complaint over the way he was treated and our tire caps which had chevy emblems was removed and some bullet caps were put on. This goes a lot deeper than just yestetdays bad service. My husband served 22 years in the Amry, and it's not to much that upsets him. But he came home livid after the bullets were placed on our tires. Your customer service rep was not listening to me at all, she was just trying to give examples about herself. The answer is not to try to blame the customer. I would suggest some of the employees be retrained. Thats fine if you will not service my vehicles anymore. Im sure you have made enough profit off of us in 8 years between service and a new truck. Thanks for listening
