My first service experience with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet on my 2024 Tahoe. I have a few other brands in the family. Always a guessing game what to do. Thus experience was night and day. I was immediately greeted by a tech who was topping of windshield wiper fluid into the vehicles. Then a service advisor came right out and greeted me - Daelan. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Although I had an app to keep up with the service progress while I waited, Daelan would find me on the lot and give me updates. It was quick and painless. I’m looking forward to future visits and looks like I may have more Chevrolets in the household soon. Service is a big part of owning a vehicle.
