Extremely helpful, no high pressure tactics, found exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us to get us into a vehicle after our other car was totaled by another driver. I went in for an oil change and to have 2 things looked at. My service advisor, Roberta, was great. Both issues were easily and quickly fixed with software updates.
