My first service experience with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet on my 2024 Tahoe. I have a few other brands in the family. I’m used to pulling into the service department at other dealerships, standing around wh on my 2024 Tahoe. I have a few other brands in the family. I’m used to pulling into the service department at other dealerships, standing around while 3 to 6 service advisors look everywhere but at me. Waiting to be greeted. Always a guessing game what to do. Thus experience was night and day. I was immediately greeted by a tech who was topping of windshield wiper fluid into the vehicles. Then a service advisor came right out and greeted me - Daelan. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Although I had an app to keep up with the service progress while I waited, Daelan would find me on the lot and give me updates. It was quick and painless. I’m looking forward to future visits and looks like I may have more Chevrolets in the household soon. Service is a big part of owning a vehicle. I went in for an oil change and to have 2 things looked at. My service advisor, Roberta, was great. Both issues were easily and quickly fixed with software updates. She told me they should be done around. 12:00, and they were done much quicker. This is the second time I have brought my ‘24 Tahoe to the dealership. Both services were great. I would highly recommend Roberta and this dealership. More
