Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reprogramming the radio, we road-tested the vehicle for 36 miles and found no audio issues when using Android Auto. However, we understand that the audio cutouts returned when connecting via Apple CarPlay. Our team attempted multiple reconnections, but the concern persisted. With the radio now running the latest software, this appears to be an issue specific to Apple CarPlay, and no further repairs are available at this time. We understand this is frustrating and recommend checking for any iOS or CarPlay updates that may help resolve the issue. We're here if you need further assistance.

Interesting that you didn’t follow the TSB. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11011965-0001.pdf Provides specific guidance that the technician failed to follow. I stand by my review. Sandy Sansing may be a good man, but my experience with his dealerships has been that sales teams are great, service teams are lacking.
