Jeff, the service manager was completely rude and unprofessional. His is a complete embarrassment to the company. He told me he would hold my car hostage until Monday (this was on Wednesday) and run unprofessional. His is a complete embarrassment to the company. He told me he would hold my car hostage until Monday (this was on Wednesday) and run my car for 4 hours a day until the smoke stopped. When I asked Jeff for the highest management team member, he said that was Sandy Sansing and good luck getting in touch with him. I had to call another Sandy Sansing dealership and get the customer service manager involved because how rude this man was being. Mrs. Kelly at the Pensacola location called me immediately and I explained my situation to her. She had that dealership get my car fixed and backed to me by 4:30pm the same day. The GM manager Chris was also a great help and came in on his day off to help Kelly handle this matter. They never test drove my car before returning it, Jeff made an excuse because I had a low fuel light on, but Chris told him that's why you have a gas card. Also, Jeff had my car pulled around and charged me $55 for coolant but was not a drop of coolant in the coolant reservoir. The GM had to grab a bottle and fill it up. That was just the second time my car was brought back to the shop. The first time they fixed my valve cover gasket but overlooked the timing cover was leaking oil, thermostat housing was cracked which was causing a coolant leak as well as the water pump leaking coolant which made me bring it back the 2nd time. I had to bring my car back 3 times from April 29th-May 28th. If they would have doubled checked and looked over everything and just degreased and cleaned up the mess the first time I would have never had an issue. Jeff constantly told me that it was supposed to smoke until the oil burned off but because of the lack of quality the first time I didn't accept my car smoking the way it was. Very poor quality and will never bring my car back to that dealership because of Jeff and how he acted and spoke to me. Mrs. Kelly was in the Pensacola office and was very pleasant and had everything handled and fixed within a few hours. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to all they did was waste 2 weeks of my time thankfully they didn't charge me for anything but did not fix the problem and told me that my vehicle needed a $3,00 did was waste 2 weeks of my time thankfully they didn't charge me for anything but did not fix the problem and told me that my vehicle needed a $3,000 transmission however I drove the vehicle from the lot after they could not fix it and wasted all of my time! Completely incompetent beware of this place it's a bunch of kids that have no idea what they're doing. More

I'm impressed! !! This team cared enough to work a complex problem on my 2002 Jeep until it was fixed right. Other service centers would even look at it. I bought !! This team cared enough to work a complex problem on my 2002 Jeep until it was fixed right. Other service centers would even look at it. I bought my Liberty new in 2001 from Milton Chrysler Jeep and have been meticulous in maintaining it. That dealership had since become SS CDJR yet they were still willing to work my vehicle. In September 2023, I started getting the airbag warning light. My local mechanic identified a generic left front impact sensor bad code. He did not have Jeep/Chrysler diagnostic equipment and recommended taking it to a dealership. I tried to get the authorized Jeep service centers here in Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, and Pensacola to diagnose it but none would because my Jeep "was too old." This being a safety concern, I replaced the left front impact sensor myself and the code cleared. After a short time the air bag light came back on. In desperation I called SS CDJR. I let Tyler at know all this and that I had purchased the vehicle there years ago. Tyler's team was at least willing to try. On the first visit his team located the 20-year-old diagnostic kit and got that same code. A new sensor was ordered and installed on my second visit. Once again after driving a bit, the light came back on. I reported this back to Tyler. Since it was possible (but not likely) the sensor they installed was also bad, he ordered another one. In the meantime his technicians began researching past service bulletins. They discovered that replacement sensors now being manufactured were not compatible with the older Occupant Restraint Control Module (ORCM) and that older impact sensors would not work with the new ORCM. They ordered a new ORCM and a new right impact sensor to achieve system compatibility. On the third visit, they installed the new ORCM and right sensor. SS CDJR did not charge me for the either of the sensors or the labor for the earlier replacement of the sensor I installed. They felt the compatibility issue should have identified during my first visit. This was an excellent example of professional integrity and honesty. As someone who does a lot of DIY maintenance on my vehicles, I was impressed with everyone's willingness to keep troubleshooting and digging into the books and sincere desire to get this important safety feature working again. These were no "shade tree" mechanics. I've been happily and safely driving my Jeep for 24 years now. Thanks! More
