Tech inspection revealed needed parts which were not on hand. Repair said I would have to leave vehicle for a day or two. I needed vehicle so I picked it up, paid for service and prepaid for parts. Established a new appointment. I was told repairs would probably take 1 1/2 hours to complete. I hope so. My disappointment centered on the fact that I had an early AM appointment and the vehicle sat all day before Tech even evaluated it. This created a big inconvenience since I am also a business owner and value my and your time. Previously, when this was Milton Dodge, I never had any problems. This is my second experience with Sansing. I had previously purchased 8 vehicles from Milton Dodge Jeep. I will bring my business elsewhere. Sansing has lost its "home-town" atmosphere. This feeling is pervasive among my colleagues who have had similar experiences. Pricing is not competitive either. I hope something positive will result from my expose. I want Sansing to do well and return to the "customer-first" attitude. This is not a criticism of the employees who were polite. This is a corporate problem that has plagued both Sansing dealerships in Milton. My allegiances have shifted to McKenzie Motors where I have purchased 7 vehicles. Thank you. More

Salesman often get a bad rap for being overly pushy, and this was not our experience dealing with Desmond or his manager Alan. We ended up buying a Grand Wagoneer L that we had seen advertised on the Internet, and so far we are very happy with it! More

Bought a Chrystler Pacifica 6 days ago, 800 miles on it now and already having catastrophic problems. No one is willing to lend a hand or help to get this resolved, we are a one car family and I am now wor now and already having catastrophic problems. Dealer states they have no loaner vehicles and cannot get my vehicle in for an entire week which I will also have to take time off work to attend, if they cannot fix it at that time I am still out of luck because no loaners. I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to the dealership to check on a newly installed ABS module and transmission.
