Horrible service department! !! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adj !! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adjusted. xxx? The adviser told me it would be $1388.00 plus tax to install a new headlamp assembly for both sides. She said the parts department said the bulbs were no longer available and the aftermarket bulbs I had are causing the problem. I stopped at the local shop that does my maintenance and they made the adjustment while I waited, at no charge. The tech said he didn’t understand why the dealer couldn’t do it. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer but they have lost my business forever. More

They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my battery died because they didn't disconnect it and they charged me $40 to take out my old battery and put in the new one that I brought to them. So I guess just make sure there treating you right. This was just my first experience with them. More
