Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. There are short on staff they can’t get parts and they can’t make your vehicle prio with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. My vehicle is been in the shop for 10 months in the past 2 1/2 years I was told today there’s a lot of vehicles that have been in service for longer than mine like I should be comforted that my vehicle is only been in for three months this last time and they will get around to it More

January 17, 2024 Very unhappy with the dis-honest Finance Dept. Scott Wells, at the Milton, Florida dealership! Please be cautious with this dealership! I feel discrimination against me, as an intell Finance Dept. Scott Wells, at the Milton, Florida dealership! Please be cautious with this dealership! I feel discrimination against me, as an intelligent woman and as an alert, cautious, great memory, intelligent Senior Citizen, and an honored US NAVY Veteran, that served my country with honor! Scott Wells slips in extra items into the contract, without my permission,and I did not ask for these extra items, that were dent protection and etch security engraving products these two items cost me about 825 dollars extra!! When I confronted Scott Wells at this Dealership, he emailed me a cancellation form, which I filled out quickly and handed into him, in person, quickly, drove down to the dealership, and gave him my cancellation form!! My precious husband went down with me, as my witness, to cancelling these items!! He lied to my Bank, also, and said the "I forgot that I ordered these products and he would do me a favor and cancel these items for me anyway!! " I did not forget, just because I am a senior citizen, please do not discriminate against a senior and say they forget things!! Wow!! My bank believed me, and investigated this serious matter, and my bank received the cancellation and the 2 refunds, about 825 dollars!! So, I read their lies and lies in their corrupt statement to my bank, which no one believes, and I feel it insults my intelligence, and discriminates against Intelligent Women, such as me, and as a Great Memory Senior Citizen, such as myself!! As a US NAVY Veteran, it is insulting to my honored service to my great country!! Shame on Scott Wells!! Is a dealership Commission more important than being honest to the Precious Customer!! I never asked for these two products, at a cost of about 825 dollars, My Memory is excellent!! Thank God, that my Bank protected me, I will never forget this nightmare experience!!
