Although it took a while to get the work done the communication and regular updates was amazing. I scheduled the oil change, tire rotation & squeaky door service appointment for my Ram 1500 a few days in advance through the Sandy Sansing online service portal. I showed up about 20 minutes early thinkin service appointment for my Ram 1500 a few days in advance through the Sandy Sansing online service portal. I showed up about 20 minutes early thinking I would be waiting longer, but my truck was entered into service almost immediately. Their service department uses an app so customers can track the status of the service from intake, completion and payment. I realize there are usually hiccups when doing things online and was expecting some sort of minor crisis, but my truck was ready 30 minutes later. This was my first appointment at Sandy Sansing CDJR since we moved to the area from out of state, so I'm not sure if I just got lucky on that day, or if their service is always that good. My experience was easily the best I've ever had, and I've owned a lot of cars! I'll find out in a few months if my experience was typical & report back. Service department, is a joke at this point and won’t take my calls. Or return them. * came in for daylight running light issue , was told they can’t communicate with the vehicle. “Scam”. $994 approval take my calls. We can’t tell what’s wrong unless we can communicate with the vehicle. Haven’t had an issue the last time u checked the U connect system, which you don’t have a record of now. Now the car says U connect needs service from your dealer. More
