At the time I purchased my vehicle, the sales department was amazing and I couldn’t ask for better service and a great deal. The problems that I have with this dealership is the Service Department. I was contacted several times that my vehicle was due for service and that I needed to schedule. Well I contacted the service department just like all the previous times and each time including this latest one, the representative had no idea as to what service I needed. Instead, he asked me what service do I need. I always thought after purchasing a new vehicle that after certain mileage there’s a certain service that should be required. Having no idea what service I needed I later told the representative that I did received a recall notice. and if they had the part I would like to schedule an appointment. I also asked if they could rotate the tires since I recently had an oil change at another business. Well I arrived at my appointment and just like my previous visits I am met with the not so friendly people working (who struggles to greet a customer). Myself and one other customer were the first customers and the department had just opened for business and I felt like I was a burden on them. A few minutes later I got my vehicle checked in for the recall and tire rotation. After they had finished the work, the service representative went over the invoice and told me everything was completed. So, before I drove off I wanted to verify the recall notice had been cleared and that the tire rotation had been completed. Well, the recall had been cleared and the tires rotation was completed but they forgot to check the tire pressure on each tire. I don’t understand how can you perform a tires rotation and not check the pressures. I started to go back inside but I decided that it s not worth it. In my opinion, I think this service department needs an overhaul of personnel. They’re not friendly and they act as if they don’t want to be there. If I hadn’t purchased my vehicle there, I wouldn’t give them any business. I will definitely look for another dealership on my next purchase. More

I can't give enough praise to my sales person Joe Jones. He is a rock star in customer service. He genuinely cares about the customer and is great to work with. My new 2025 1500 had a rim issue that he not He is a rock star in customer service. He genuinely cares about the customer and is great to work with. My new 2025 1500 had a rim issue that he noticed before I drove it off the lot and he took steps to help fix the issue. Hank in service is equally great. I took my car to Sandy Sand in Chrysler Dodge Jeep rim in Milton, Florida because I thought I was losing my transmission power. They diagnosed the problem which was not as severe as I thought it was going to Milton, Florida because I thought I was losing my transmission power. They diagnosed the problem which was not as severe as I thought it was going to be, but it’s still involved a lot of work to resolve. They worked with my extended warranty company to try to get the work funded, and they gave me reasonable prices on almost everything except the cost of transmission fluid, which I found to be a bit excessive. They got the work done as soon as possible and even transported the car to a different company to do work, which was under warranty at this other company. I appreciate how hard everyone at the dealership worked to get my car completed. I would recommend this dealership for work that requires dealership level intervention. More
