Very disappointed with the service provided and how long it took to get my vehicle back. After more than 3 weeks in your service department I was told 3 different times that 3 different parts would fix m it took to get my vehicle back. After more than 3 weeks in your service department I was told 3 different times that 3 different parts would fix my truck and finally I hope the 3rd part actually is the correct part. I was told that the second part was covered under the recal warranty, but the 3rd part is not. It isbthe same diagnosis item. I than was given a bill that was $400.00 more than quoted, but after calling the shop the guy fixed his error. Now after all that I got my truck back to find out one of my tire sensors is not working and my fuel filter light is still sating change fuel filters. Your shop changed my fuel filters hopefully but didn't reset the program. So did they actually change the 2 fuel filters or not? I paid to have them done. Also my left tire was at 44 psi not 65, and the said my batteries needed to be jumped. I just replaced them so they must of left something one ro drain them. Not happy, the bad thing is I came to your service department because I was disappointed in Hill Kelly. Now I am disappointed in both. More

Ive used this dealership for my last 3 cars. I normally have no complaints. This time however I purposefully made an 8:00 appointment because of another place i needed to be. I just needed an oil change and the technician advised a new filter. But the time it took for this oil change was over 2 hrs. So much for making an early appointment . But all, thankfully, was fine and I will continue to use this dealership forever! It definitely deserves 5 stars! Thank you.. More
In 2020, we purchased a new 2019 Dodge Ram HD 2500 from this dealership and allow we to say…Fantastic! Fast forward to 2025, we decided after the dealership offered us an even better deal to buy a 2025 Dod this dealership and allow we to say…Fantastic! Between our 2019 and 2025 purchase and everything in between this dealership, service department, and everyone we have ever interacted with is Superb! I had a tire going flat. They told me it had two holes and couldn’t be repaired. I took my vehicle to Eagle and though they had the option to agree with the dealership and They told me it had two holes and couldn’t be repaired. I took my vehicle to Eagle and though they had the option to agree with the dealership and sell me a $500 tire, they fixed it for $40. Also I usually go to a place in Pensacola who does my oil and free rotation This dealership charged me a lot to rotate. I prefer using dealerships because they specialize in that make, but I don’t appreciate unnecessary fees and expenses. More
So, I buy a 2015 Ram 3500 Big Horn, any button touched results in the message "Phone Requires Service, Contact Dealership". For 3 months I have dealing with this issue, the service department charges me results in the message "Phone Requires Service, Contact Dealership". For 3 months I have dealing with this issue, the service department charges me $227 and...DOESN'T fix it and then tries to gaslight me by telling me the service technician NEVER SEEN THE MESSAGE. YOU CAN'T START THE TRUCK WITHOUT SEEING THE MESSAGE!!!! Then they tell me that I need to come back...FOR ANOTHER $227 Service Charge! And, to top it all off, I paid $300 for UCONNECT...DOESN'T WORK. How does a CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT KNOW IMMEDIATELY what this message is and the cause?! More
