I went in for an oil change. That's all. The person who took my Jeep said it would be a 20 minute wait. No problem there. But when he started my oil change, he came back in and That's all. I said ok to changing it. Then he said I needed new windshield wipers. I said ok to that. But when he told me I needed new tires because mine were 8 years old and "dry rotted' I gave him my WTH look and told him my Jeep had less than 16K miles on it and the tires were FINE. That my Jeep is garage kept and I didn't think so. He said "well I would hate for you to have a blowout at a high rate of speed and get hurt". I told him I would have my husband look into the matter. I told my family about this and my sister-in-law said she was told the same thing. I guess from now on I will take my Jeep to a regular oil change station instead of being pressured to buy something I clearly don't need. Maybe they get a commission from extras they sell. The wiper blades installed were $73.39 Cabin filter installed was $60.94. So my total was 222.59. More

I arrived at the dealership to find the oil change bays quiet so the guys got me right in. They were very friendly, courteous and thorough! They also added a $40 shop charge for misc parts (I know lots of shops do this, but that doesn’t make it right. - it’s seems to be another way to add to the bill. In the request for a review sent to me they said they wanted a 5/5 review, I can’t give a 5/5 review when the dealership charges like this one does. More
