After I had placed my complaint on this dealerships Facebook page and on Dealer Rater on Monday the next morning I received a phone call from their General Manager James Jessee, with whom I discussed the problems that my wife and I experienced over the weekend at his dealership. He asked me to come meet with him face to face and further discuss what had happened and I agreed to do so. I had that meeting with him today that was much better than my previous visit. We discussed what my feelings were about the situation and he offered to let us take the vehicle for an extended overnight test drive and for me to have my mechanic evaluate it as well. In addition he has made us an offer for the sale of the vehicle at a substantial savings to us. Once we the inspection is done and we have made our decision I will update again on how all of this went.

After meeting with the general manager, he allowed me and my wife to have the truck checked out and we wound up buying the truck. The general manager in the end gave me a price I could not turn down and according to my credit union finance manager he also was very generous when it came to taking in my trade. All in all they took a bad situation where I and my wife were very offended and end the end they made it right. I thank them and will take that into consideration when I am out to purchase another vehicle or am recomending a dealer to my friends.
