This review is not accurate. Our driver was not allowed to leave with the loaner vehicle, and law enforcement had to be called to resolve the situation. After law enforcement arrived, attempts were still made to hand our driver the keys to your truck instead of the loaner. The dealership has zero tolerance for this type of behavior, and as a result, we will not be performing any further repairs on your truck. You may pursue another dealership for manufacturer repairs.

That's a laughable response. Folks - buy elsewhere. Meanwhile, the threatening response from the dealership prompted ME to invoke the police and ensure the exchange -with the Sheriff and your driver- was recorded. Given your utter lack of professionalism, and a FULL recording of the interaction, which I have from the county, I have no choice but to elevate the circumstance. You are free to be negligible, you are not free from accountability. More to come.
