These 2 stars are fully to the account of the sales department, Service department managed by Ken is just the worse I have ever seen in my life. Not respectfull to clients, call back is not option to department, Service department managed by Ken is just the worse I have ever seen in my life. Not respectfull to clients, call back is not option to inform about lost parts or car ready. UNwillingly to work something out with customer and above all they dont care even when book a timeslot and explain why need car for appointment they dont call and think its normal you service their need instead of customers. Then service desk employees who do good job are fired and the manager stays free. Very sad service center and not recommended at all More

The repair to fix a starting issue was incredibly expensive, took over 2 weeks and they didn’t do all the requested work.
