I hate the fact that I always have to call the service department to check the status of my vehicle. Wish someone would call me at least after the 2nd day. Had an 8am appointment for my 2024 F-150 for an oil change and a wrench warning light. Dropped it off on a Wednesday, called around 4 pm to see if it was ready. The service rep told me they had not e change and a wrench warning light. Dropped it off on a Wednesday, called around 4 pm to see if it was ready. The service rep told me they had not even looked at it. I asked why not since I had an 8am appointment. He basically told me that it could sometimes take 3 to 4 days to get to it. I told him that that was ridiculous since I had an appointment and just did not drop my truck off for whenever they had time for it. The next day I called around 11am to see what had been done. The service rep told me it might be ready on Friday. Again I told him that all I wanted was an oil change and to diagnose the wrench light. He went off on me and told me that the appointment I had meant nothing and that again it could take 3 to 4 days to just look at my truck. Anyway, I told him just do the oil change and I will bring it back for the wrench light, which went away after the oil change. Terrible customer service for a new 2024 King Ranch truck. Why schedule an appointment if they are just going to let your truck sit there for days. More
