He saw that I had dropped my car off for mantinence on my lease and was near g !!! Khanh was very patient with me through this car buying experience. He saw that I had dropped my car off for mantinence on my lease and was near going over my mileage for my current lease. He reached out to me with a deal I could not refuse. He got me into a brand new lease which was a definite upgrade from my previous lease in terms of miles per year, lower down payment and price, with numerous upgrades to the car itself. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions, expediting the process so it took very little time for me to get my new car when i arrived back to the dealership. He had both cars ready for me to transfer my stuff from one car to the other. He was upfront, honest, and just a genuinely nice person who wanted to help me. I received outstanding and professional service from Khanh at Sanford Infiniti. For several months I was in the market for a new vehicle, and there was a certain vehicle I had in mind and was told by a Khanh at Sanford Infiniti. For several months I was in the market for a new vehicle, and there was a certain vehicle I had in mind and was told by a "salesman" at a "specific dealership" that this was the particular car (model and style) that I was requesting. ( I initially saw one like it at another dealership but it was sold before I could get it. We made the trip to Daytona from Jax and upon seeing the car it was nice but not the one I wanted. My husband told me if I was not in love with it, don't get it ( and I wasn't). As I explained this to the salesman he became pushy and demanding. This was definitely not the satisfactory customer service and not the dealer for me to do business with. I attempted to make the trip worth while and hoped to find a vehicle at another lux dealership, and though the salesman was very pleasant, I unfortunately, did not find the one. While having lunch and viewing vehicles on Autotrader, I came across a vehicle that I had admired prior but either the miles were too high or distance too far . Luckily, Sanford Infiniti had the vehicle type and it looked great and miles extremely low. I called and was greeted by Khanh, he was friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. He sent me actual photos of the vehicle and his energy was inviting. It was such a plus to drive up to the dealership and find that the car was parked in front of the building and ready to test drive. Khanh was attentive and courteous, he definitely made my husband and I feel like we were receiving the VIP treatment. We were also assisted by Christian who was also very helpful. To conclude, I did buy the vehicle and this car buying experience exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with my purchase.
