First Service Experience This was my first time at the service department since purchasing a 2019 Buick Encore. Tracy in the service department was great with getting everyth This was my first time at the service department since purchasing a 2019 Buick Encore. Tracy in the service department was great with getting everything I needed organized. In less than an hour, everything was done including a car wash. The only reason I didn't give my review 5 stars was when I sat in the car to leave, I noticed my electric seat had been totally readjusted. Not just forward or backward as I would expect, but the up and down and tilt had been moved. Also, my programmed siriusXM radio station presets had also been changed. If someone is busy working on my car, why do they have the time to totally adjust my seat and change my radio stations? It may just seem like a small thing, but it's an irritating thing. I will think twice before deciding whether to take my car back to Sangster Motors for servicing again. Is it worth the drive from Moses Lake? Not sure now. More
