Was easy to have the tow truck drop my truck off and my trailer after breaking down on the highway near Quincy. It was dropped off at 3:30 Friday. Luckily we have a friend in town who could pick up the trailer and stay with (one of your customers). Not so lucky were we to only be diagnosed on TUESDAY morning! For someone who drives through Wenatchee 6-8 times a year, it was frustrating to say the least for us as well as our hosts, your customers. Like many mechanics in remote cities, we would have loved speedier diagnosis. The repair ended up being done well. We were already on the way home (5 hours away, Chehalis) so we had to leave the truck until Monday.
