Missing screw to my new coil pack. Luckily I had the old coil pack with the original screw. The other two coil packs partially pull up with extremely lose screws. Vehicle cranked for three seconds before starting. Broke bracket off of air intake manifold. Did not tighten clamp on the air intake manifold to the throttle body. Drove by everyday for a week and vehicle was outside in parking lot. I called to get status every other day and I was told mechanic is working on it in the shop. Requested additional key fob got it but now the keyless entry does not work and it has to go back to the dealership for diagnostic. More

Called a week ago about a Jeep and spoke with Jerry in Jeep sales who claimed he would call me back with trade value which never happened. Called him back the next week and Jerry claimed he never spoke to Jeep sales who claimed he would call me back with trade value which never happened. Called him back the next week and Jerry claimed he never spoke to me and they lowballed the trade. I then told him take trade out of deal and get me bill of sale with a total and I’ll bring a cashiers check. Was told it’s their managers policy not to give out of state customers any final prices. They’re doing this to add fees on your total after you drive 2 hours there thinking you won’t leave without a car. I was then told the jeep was sold yet it is still advertised on their site. They’re playing the bait and switch game with awful customer service and is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else with your money because this place does not deserve it. Took my business elsewhere and had a better experience with no games. More
