Was kind of upset earlier in the morning because when i took my vehicle to get repaired i was being charged with an amount that i could not afford. My other option was to purchase a new vehicle. He made me feel comfortable by offering me a beverage. He was very professional, when i chose the vehicle to purchase he we went thru step by step. then went thru the financial process with Mr. Petkov who was also very professional and courteous. After all was said and done forgot about the morning and drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle. Would recommend Sansone Auto to anyone. I've been delaying going out to buy a car for a long time because I don't like the whole dealer experience that I've had in the past. It takes too long, they play with you with the price, then they giv time because I don't like the whole dealer experience that I've had in the past. It takes too long, they play with you with the price, then they give you one payment but by the time you get to financing they give you a higher one so I really did not look forward to going car shoppinge to get a new one, I read a bunch of reviews with Sansone and it did not help my anxiety about the whole thing. But the time came where I couldnt wait any more I needed a vechicle. My husband and I went in on a Friday night, very cold night may I say, and we were greeted outside with a smile, we were out in about an hour 1/2 tops 2 with eveything we needed. On top of it all we got to financing and the payment was lower with much more perks then we expected. The vechicle I purchased had a very tiny crack in the windshield and they replaced it for me with my sales rep Carlos coming to my job to pick up and drop off my car. I definitely recommend Sansone and my sales rep Carlos Enriquez. As soon it's time to get my husband a new car we will return. Thank you! More

The sales staff here was extremely professional and helpful. From the time I first walked into the building everyone was very polite and was straight forward with me about all of my questions and conc helpful. Mr. Cohen made sure that all of my concerns were answered correctly even if he had to look up the details, no guessing or assuming was involved in the process. Mr. Esparra made sure that i was completely satisfied with my new jeep and even when i had a question about the jeep after the purchase he was very quick and eager to seek out the answer to my concern (I had trouble locating where the wheel lock key was located). The whole staff was very welcoming and gave a friendly atmosphere to the showroom which made me comfortable in my purchase. Ms. Sudul of the parts department was a HUGE help in my recent encounter with a missing part on my jeep. Not only was she kind and polite, but she also took the time to look at the location of the missing part on my jeep, look thru diagrams to find exactly what part was needed, and then called a dealership with the part for a description to make sure it was the right one before ordering it. This kind of customer service is beyond exceptional. The overall sales and parts staff gave me a great experience that i would recommend to everyone! The only downside of my experience is one individual, i do not know his name, in the service department that was very rude, but i can not judge an entire department off of one bad encounter. I must say that my overall experience was very satisfying and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a one of a kind experience in buying a new vehicle! More

My sales advisor Justin Nolte was the 2nd sales advisor I dealt with and if I hadn't dealt with Justin and his diligence and friendliness I would not of purchased from this dealership. Justin, Angel and Tim took care of any issues that arose during the sale and after I purchased the vehicle. Paul in the service department also has taken care of any service issues I have had and is very friendly to deal with. Wendy in the parts department has been extremely great to deal with when I ordered accessories and she is extremely friendly and personable. I had taken my Dodge Caravan, which I traded in to them, to this dealer for most of my past warranty issues and have had great experiences with the service. My past experience and my experience purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership has been overall great. More
