I will travel further just to NOT use this dealership. Not only did it take months for repair but I had to pay out of pocket for a rental for “ months”. Then miraculously 1 was available only 1 week prior Not only did it take months for repair but I had to pay out of pocket for a rental for “ months”. Then miraculously 1 was available only 1 week prior to me receiving my car. They returned it dirty because it was sitting for months. No wash nor any car wash voucher. Also my car was returned to me by SANSONE and THEY left the engine cover in my trunk, as no one replaced it. God forbid I had not checked my trunk and saw this. When I returned, the service manager reported no one did it and asked was it serviced elsewhere SMH More

This place is a joke and obviously none of the "idle" salespeople need to make a sale as the 2 times I went to look at cars there nobody even asked if I needed any help. The first time I gave them the b salespeople need to make a sale as the 2 times I went to look at cars there nobody even asked if I needed any help. The first time I gave them the benefit of doubt as it was a Saturday (but at least 5 salespeople were idle) and there were about 5 customers being helped by other salespeople. Second time was a weekday with only 1 other customer looking at cars and about 5 "idle" salespeople again just walking around and not one asked if I needed help. Both times I was getting in and out of cars in the showroom but nobody asked if I had questions or needed any help. My money will be spent elsewhere as I'm sure the service here is just as bad. More
