I went to Sansone Hyundai looking to lease a car for my parents. Bobby was the first I met when I walked through the door and he made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. He was also very patient in the decision process and didn’t rush us. We left at the end of the visit with a new car for my parents to drive home in. I have purchased / leased many cars and this by far was one of the most enjoyable, easy and professional experience. Mike in finance made that part easy, non-intimidating and was incredibly friendly. We just bought (well, leased) a 2014 Hyundai Sonata on Dec 30th. The salesman was Peter Herbst. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. No problem. He never tried to talk me "into" or "out of" anyth Dec 30th. The salesman was Peter Herbst. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. No problem. He never tried to talk me "into" or "out of" anything. I demanded to drive two cars. Again, no problem. We did not make an on-the-spot decision. We decided to go home first to "think about it". Even here, again, no problem. And then there's the After-The-Sale issue ... where most salesmen drop the ball. We had to call Peter several times due to issues with our credit report ... and also to ask him to speed up getting the car plates faster than the 3-4 weeks they said it would take. Peter returned EVERY call promptly. He even got us our new plates in UNDER two weeks. Lastly, the sales manager and finance manager were also a pleasure to deal with.
