I went to Sansone to look at used cars for my daughter. Ben was the salesman I dealt with. He met me outside in the pouring rain when I got out of my car with a smile and asked if he could help me. After discussing the purchase of a used car, he suggested that with the money I was looking to pay I should pay off my current car and put the balance down on a lease. After thinking long and hard about our conversation, I decided he was right. Why buy a used car when I know the car I have, which is a 2008 Focus and in great condition. So I decided that he was right. I leased a new car for myself and gave my daughter my car. He was not pushy. He left me alone to think things out and I appreciated the fact that he let me do things my way. After figuring out the car payment we then called my insurance company to see what my insurance would be. It actually turned out only to be a little more than I was currently paying so the deal was done. I also appreciate the fact that I get a phone call every once in a while from Sansone to make sure I am happy and everything is ok. I am actually going to Sansone today because there is a slow leak in one of my tires and one of the lights in the front of the car is out. I called Thursday and they gave me an appointment for Saturday. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with Sansone and have posted such on Facebook and have told all my friends.
