"Rude & Shocking Behavior" - Be careful when you take a test ride because if you dont buy it or try telling them whats your budget - The manager is gonna come to you & shout (In front of ev when you take a test ride because if you dont buy it or try telling them whats your budget - The manager is gonna come to you & shout (In front of everybody) "ARE YOU WASTING MY SALESMEN TIME".When i told the manager that this was rude , He Said "I could have been much more rude with you" I went in for looking into used car options with these guys : 1) The salemen took my details & the price range i am ready to invest but he takes me to a ride on a vehicle of high price range and does not tell me what the asking price for that used vehicle is... 2) They would then make you count the mistakes & teach us the rules 3) Never tell you what the final price tag of the vehicle would be 4) After asking 100times they tell you the cost & You cant tell them or compare their used cars price with that of Honda's & Toyota's even in a discussion mode, if you do that then get ready to be treated badly More

I dropped off my santa fe this morning telling them my battery when dead yesterday. As well as this morning had to get a jump to go to work. They told me it would get done before they went home. It turned out to be the alternator. I always look on the bright side it is better that it happens close to a dealership where the service is great than anywhere else. I highly recommend them. More

I had a terrible car accident that was not my fault and my car was a total loss. I needed a new car, one that was safe, and a salesperson who could help me. Peter Herbst was very nice. They got us a great deal even with my poor credit, we were in and out in under 3 hrs and they even bought us lunch. We will be back.
