Sansone Jr's 66 Nissan responded

This is our message to the Better Business Bureau: Mr. and Mrs. Abisror originally purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue which the dealership had to locate. We did locate and purchase the vehicle for the Abisror's and when they came in for delivery of the vehicle they decided to change their minds and negotiated a deal on a new Maxima. Vehicle locates are considered special orders and deposits are non refundable if a customer cancels, but since they were still doing business with us it was not a problem. After several hours of reviewing our inventory Mr and Mrs Abisror were torn between my loaded 2011 Maxima demo and a more basic Maxima. I said hello to the customers and made a joke about staying late for them to decide which vehicle they wanted and finally decided to purchase the more basic 2011 Maxima. A day or two later Mr. Abisror changed his mind again and said he wanted my demo, which he knew we were dramatically discounting because of the scuffs on the custom wheels. No problem we redo all the paperwork again and Mr. Abisror drives off. A few more days go by and Mr. Abisror comes back and says he wants to switch cars again or get new wheels on the car. That's when I finally stepped in and said no. We had already gone through 3 sales and enough is enough. I offered him the original wheels for the car but that was it. We bent over backwards to try to satisfy Mr. Abisror and his wife and I am sorry they are not happy but I have to draw the line somewhere. Sincerely, Paul Sansone Jr. Owner
