Ashanti is hands down one of the best reps at Sansone. From the second I arrived, she greeted me with a smile. She was actually the only rep that greeted me. It is a sad thing to own a Mazda. I have had the same issue with brakes on my car for the past 1.5 years. These dealerships refuse to look into a problem. And get nasty when you try to get them to look into it. I don't know the school that Mazda service managers go to but, I know there is a section that teaches them to lie, gaslight and be deceptive. Anthony Is the epitome of being a nasty liar. He refused to allow me to speak with the technician. After the girl at the desk told me that the mazda 6 has a brake issue. I then found the mechanic outside and he explained the same thing. What a lying piece of a man- the service manager is. Sansone ought to be ashamed of having liars as the go to person. But again, i believe that is part of the training. I then called who I was told was the general manager- he was just as rude, cut me off and refused to answer my question as to if this Anthony guy has a boss. He said I am not getting in the middle and you have to take that up with him. What leadership you have here at sansone. Nobody is trying to get anything for free. There is something causing rotor issues and ur fix is replace them- only for the issue to return. NO Person should be mistreated - especially When YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE A REAL ISSUE WITH THIS MAZDA 6! I PRAY THAT...... More
