Sansone Nissan Altima This is honestly the best experience buying my 1st new car. My sales person was Ray Azarcon. He is amazing and very patient. I know since the begging what I was looking but since the price was high. I test drive 3 different cars under my budget but I didn't like them at all. Ray provided me with different options in order to get the car I liked it. he worked within our budget and made the experience as painless...... as possible. We were there pretty much the whole day. But everyone worked very hard to make sure we were happy and comfortable. More

Did not honor trucar quote After receiving a trucar quote, I was called by one of their Internet sales people. They confirmed that I would pay this exact price and nothing more After receiving a trucar quote, I was called by one of their Internet sales people. They confirmed that I would pay this exact price and nothing more for the car. They also told me I need to make an appointment with the sales manager Glenn. When I called to make that appointment,they gave me a different salesman that I spoke with on the phone. When I explained the situation and just wanted to confirm again that this particular car would be in stock and they would honor their price, I was told they would have to call me back. Hours later, I didn't get a call back and called again. After all I didn't want to drive all the way down there and then the car wouldn't be there or it would be a different price. I was then told that that would not be the price. Everything was different the car price, dealer fees, and the incentives were also not accurate. So, I don't know how it would be to go in person to the dealership and I will say that everyone was nice on the phone, hence the two stars. I would however highly caution anyone about expecting to walk in and pay the price that was quoted on trucar. Almost feels like a scam to get you to go into the dealership but then they don't honor the price. Felt very dissatisfied the way the whole thing played out. More
